When and where is the 2027 event being held?

The dates and location for Sibec 2027 have not yet been announced. You can sign up for our mailing list here to be among the first to know when Sibec 2027 is announced.

What does the 2.5-day schedule look like?

What is the supplier-to-buyer ratio?

The ratio is as close to 1:1 as we can, so that everyone has a full schedule based on their meeting preferences.

Becoming a Hosted Buyer

How can I become a hosted buyer?

Potential buyers are asked to fill out an application to assess if they are a good match for the event. Please note that minimum annual spend for accepted guests is $250K.

What costs are covered for hosted buyers?

We cover airfare, accommodations, and event food/beverage for our approved hosted buyers.

Supplier Information

What kinds of supplier companies come to the event?

Sibec supply companies can be any kind of product or service used in fitness facilities, such as equipment, technology, infrastructure needs, nutrition, programming, décor, and more. We monitor the list of attending suppliers to reduce competition and offer a balance & variety for attending buyers to meet.

Meetings & Matching

How does the buyer-supplier matching process work?

Buyers and suppliers submit their business profiles. During a set time period, buyers and suppliers review business profiles and select who they want to meet with. A schedule is then set based on selected preferences.

Can I reject meetings that are not relevant?

After schedules are set, meetings will not be accepted or rejected. The final schedule is the one required to adhere to. However, during the selection process, you can select the suppliers you most want to visit with.

Can I request meetings with specific suppliers?

During the selection process, you will see what companies the suppliers represent and can request meetings based on their profiles or your preferences.
